CommissionsHello, please read this before you commission meWhen commissioning me i’ll request the following INFO:
-A username handle on ig or email for communication
-An email to deliver the artworkbe as specific as you can in the following info
-Type/category of commission: (bust, half body, full body)
-artwork size (a4/ square)
-How many characters:
-Any specific wishes/details you want included: poses, facial expressions, etc you can include characters personality/ description and anything you want me to have in mind when drawing them
-Background: backgrounds doesn’t have a base price so i ask you to be very specific about what you want so i can charge according to a calculation of how much time it will take me to draw it flat or simple backgrounds don’t cost extra money
-Please include reference images of your character(s) or pictures of the person in case of a portrait. If there is anything specific you would like me to get inspired from (e.g. environment for background or stock images for poses) please include them as well.Once you make the payment you’ll get a google form that allows you and guides you to fill the information i need for your commission, however if you feel overwhelmed by this kind of forms you can skip it and describe it yourself without the form with the information you think ill need for it.Do’s

GENERAL TERMS-All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove. Unless it’s a tattoo commission
-all commissions will be in my art style
-i will post all commissioned artwork on my patreon, unless you tell me not to the moment you request your commission. (Tattoo commissions are not posted anywhere to avoid other person copying your personal design) will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design (oc / portrait)
-I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
-i do not accept refunds
-If for any reason I am unable to start or continue your commission you will receive a full refund.
- I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
- NFT usage is strictly forbidden.2. PAYMENT-Currency accepted is USD and is paid through ko-fi
-Commissions are paid 100% upfront
-Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot (please send me a message explaining your commission before the payment, can be done through any of my social medias)3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY-While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!
-the faster you reply to my emails/ messages the faster your commission process will be
-while in the sketch stage you can make up to 5 changes, (tattoo commissions can have as many changes as needed without extra charge). If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, (after sketch stage) I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
-The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 2 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece.
-Once the piece is finished you will receive full-resolution of finished piece (300 DPI). Note that there is no physical product. Final files are usually PNG4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYThe buyer is allowed to:-Use the commissioned piece for personal use: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.(you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
-claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself. (Ocs/ portrait commission)
• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
• You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
-Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.
-Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
-Claiming the artwork as your ownI reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).5. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION-I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!
-If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
-I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.
-You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
